We review lipid and nutrient status (EPA/DHA omega-3s, trans fats, vitamins, amino acids), gut ecology (Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio, Shannon Index), and autonomic nervous system patterns (e.g., chronically elevated sympathetic activity).
