THE OLAO PARAMETERS
Behind every plan is a set of measurable parameters we track and translate into plain-English actions. We review lipid and nutrient status, gut ecology, and autonomic nervous system patterns. We map metabolic and cardiorespiratory performance using RER, VO₂, VCO₂, VE/VO₂, and VO₂max, and quantify body composition and cellular integrity via muscle-fat ratio, phase angle, and visceral fat. Where appropriate, we consider selected genetic SNPs to understand predispositions. The outcome is a clear, step-by-step plan that ties each finding to specific actions across nutrition, training, sleep, and recovery—so you know what to do, why it matters and how we’ll measure progress over time.
